5 Pax defeated the fartsack and humidity for a 1 mile fun run and some.

The Thang:

Warm up:
SSH x 25 IC
IW x 20 IC
Hillbillies x 20 IC
Little Arm circles – 10 each way IC
And some OHAC’s to warm up those shoulders.

Finished our warm up with a little over the standard Burpeemile by, you guessed it, going a little over a mile and after doing the standard 12 at each quarter mile, we finished up with 14 at the end to round us up to 50 total.

Next we found some soft-ish ground and bearcrawled to the cone, did 20 BBSU’s and planked while waiting on the 6.
Bearcrawl back and did 30 LBC’s, again planking while waiting for the 6.

Next round we inch-wormed to the closer cone followed by 40 (or 80 single) freedom twists followed by the plank.
Inch-worm back where we did 25 Flutter kicks IC.

Mosey’d over to the pullup bars and cycled through 10 pullups (and leg lifts, and dead hangs as needed), 20 dirty girls on the curb and 30 merkins.
