30 Side Straddle Hop IC
10 burpees OYO
Mosey on over to the bottom of Landrum
Partner up for a lil Dora 1 2 4
One partner does the exercise as the other runs to the top of Landrum and back.
Combine as a team to do:
100 burpees
200 Big boy sit-ups
400 squats
Plank when finish
Roll over for some a 6 inches/45 degree/90 degree ab cycle
Mosey back home
Circle up
Ab circuit to take us to the end
20 LBC’s – 20 flutter kicks – 20 American twists
19 LBS’s – 19 flutter kicks – 19 American twists
18 LBC’s – 18 flutter kicks – 18 American twists
