Four amigos gathered in the sultry gloom for my second post and first Q at Blitz: F3 Columbia’s shortest workout. During my last visit, I swore off Blitz forever because my good friend Polo tried desperately to kill me with a stomach torture device he called the “v-up”. My ab hurt for days after that.
Despite my near-death experience with Polo, I preserved and triumphantly returned to the scene of the crime with a little block party on my mind.
