Warmup:
20 SSH IC
10 merkins IC
10 squats IC
10 burpees OYO
20 LBCs OYO
Run down to the bottom of Briarfield for a hill suicide. 10 burpees after, then indian run back up the hill to grab the blocks and head to the baseball field.
10 curls
10 squats
10 overhead press
10 merkins on each side of the block all OYO
Set blocks down sprint to other side of field for 10 BBS and back, doing each exercise. 4 rounds total.
Rinse and repeat.
Run to the playground for 10 box jumps, 10 Bulgarian split squats each leg, then run a bus loop lap.
Rinse and repeat, then put blocks back.
10 burpees to kill the last minute.
