Guess we should’ve talked before….

5 PAX posted to see if McNugget would call his signature move of Tunnel of Love.  Neither one of us discussed our plans and it was almost a rinse and repeat.  Since YHC was going first and McNugget did give me an idea, adjustments were made a little.  Here’s the THANG!

Run to the front entrance and covered area.  Circle up.

Heart rate is pumping now.  Head to the BATTLE Loop for further instructions.  Chaser posted a workout this past week and YHC attempted it in the hotel fitness center.  NOT FUN!  So adjustments to made to make it BATTLE worthy.

On the BATTLE PAD, each PAX was instructed to:
Grab a concrete test cylinder.
15 minute AMRAP
20 Freddy Mercury’s (counting left leg only)
15 Merkins
10 Squat Thrusters (with concrete test cylinder)
5 pull ups
1 lap around the BATTLE LOOP
Rinse and Repeat
Next up:
50 Burpees
25 Pull Ups
12 Rosa Litas
6 V-ups
3 minutes of plank

Have to complete all the reps of each exercise before moving to the next one.
