I was honored to Q for these guys. This is a different kind of AO. Even more important than my home AO, #F3TheMission. And it means the world to me. I ask for prayers for these kids.

The important thing is I’ve battled addiction for 12 years. So that was our magic number. Plus in COT we explained what a GoRuck was. So for me, 12 also honored my brothers at the Tough last night.

After my short testimony, we jumped into the meaning of the three Fs. Thanks Dredd and OBT for the insightful book. Because of that I knew how to explain it.
First F. A byproduct of these circles are fitness. You show up for your brothers first and foremost. You hold them accountable. But you also exercise and gain strength and health.
While I explained this, we started with LBACs.

Second F. While we do patty cake merkins we found out something about our partner. I then explain the importance of the circles. And how fellowshipping with these guys, getting to know and have true friends. And the importance of digging deep in a church, F3, or other larger body or community.

Third F. Faith in something bigger than ourselves. Something we can believe in, trust in, and have accountability in. And even though Dredds definition isn’t necessarily about faith in Jesus, most of F3Columbia men are followers of Christ and lead healthy lives.

We circled up and learned Peach is in college, Swabby is enjoying wrestling at school.

All in all, its a great feeling to push these guys and see them coming out to put some work in.
