It was a BEAUTIFUL morning to put away the new blocks that Beads generously brought to the AO. Apparently, the Thunder PAX have used their thunderous power to be terribly abusive to the equipment and replacements were needed to support the massive numbers that regularly appear at one of the most hallowed of AO’s.
It was a simple morning of simply putting away the blocks…in a roundabout kinda way.
The Thang:
Warmup lap around the track.
Grab a block out of the back of Beads vehicle (including the two, pink behemoths he thought would be a cute idea…he was wrong). Follow YHC to the corner of King and Wheat and partner up with someone of comparable attractiveness.
Partner one Farmer Carries down the hill while partner two does 15 squats then catches up to partner one and takes over the Farmer Carry. Continue down, up and down the hill, again. Plank for the 6.
What followed was a simple stroll with the blocks all the way down Blossom with occasional pain stops. The PAX made it to the Five Points fountains and christened the blocks before turning back around and heading back to our ladyfriend, Emily Douglas, to deposit our new AO materials in their new home and moseying back to the flag.
COT, BOM and Boris cancelled the Devo due to the seemingly late ending of the stroll.
