This backblast is horribly late and YHC deserves all ridicule and shame his delay in posting of this recap. However, Backblasts are important and are still important even when they are late.
Weather: starting to cool off nicely
Short mosey to the bottom of the parking Garage and the pax were separated into 2 groups of 4. This left the Q as the odd man out (which is normal for YHC) Dora is normally where one pax runs back and forth while their partner completes reps of an exercise or when a pax runs between 2 other pax and separate exercises are completed on both sides of the runner. It seemed simple to extrapolate that out into 4 Pax but it took multiple attempts to explain the workout.
Pax number 1 would perform an exercise at the bottom of the parking garage. Pax 2, 3, and 4 would run to the mezzanine where pax 2 would begin their exercise. Pax 3 and 4 would run to the top where Pax 3 would exercise, and Pax 4 would run to the bottom to replace pax 1. Then the Pax would replace each other in order.
Round 1 – 200 merkins, 300 BBSU, 400 jumping squats
Round 2 – 300 Carolina drydocks, 200 Iron Crosses, 400 Lunges (there was almost a mutiny)
Round 3 – 100 merkins, 200 flutter kicks, 300 squats
Unfortunately, there were no Burpees to be broken down
