The a few of the intrepid Pax of Crypt came out to brave the sticky, thick, yucky gloom and endure the modified MARSOC workout that YHC affectionately refers to as the Constant Motion Workout. In this workout we incorporate the MARSOC short card with 100 yard dash between each set. Resting position is the high plank. Altogether, the pax covered 2 miles and performed a gracious plenty exercises.
