17 Dedicated PAX braved the threat of rain and drenched their shirts in this workout: Mumble chatter from the get-go and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! Shank never disappoints!

Run a lap around the creek: Bear crawl over bridge ,50 Overhead Claps in cadence ,20 Little baby arm circles IC, 20 TTT IC,15 Murkins IC, 20 dips –
6-Carolina Dry Docks- sprint to the other side
6- Big Boy Sit Ups- lung to mid field or between the two fields, as the PAX cautiously pointed out!!
6- Squats- sprint to other corner
6- Burpees- Kamikazee (I know that is not what it’s called, but I am the Q) to mid bench line and then sprint to other corner
6- Smurf Jacks- Crab crawl, Bear crawl or a combination of the two, depending on the PAX chatter.
6- Murkens- sprint to start
Jailbreak to picnic area for People’s chair until time expired
