11 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning in search of a way to #GetBetter. With cool temps and a lack of creativity, YHC reached into the history books for a redux of a favorite – #TombeeTorture. These #HIM made it quite clear that they continue to #GetBetter each and every week.  It was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who left it all at on the pavement of the streets of Kings Grant this morning as they each were ready willing and able to #PushTheRock.

Moleskin:

  • It is always great to Q at #TheCastle.  The #1stF and #2ndF is as strong as any AO, and the PAX of #TheCastle have made and continue to make significant strides, leaving the life of a #SadClown in the distant past.
  • Round 3 of #TombeeTorturewas brutal.  30 Burpees, 45 Hand Release Merkins, 60 Carolina Dry Docks and 0.5 miles of running.  Try it sometime and see if you, too, are not gasping for air with your arms dangling to the side.
  • #LarryBirds were not in short supply this morning as Katniss, Backstop and Wham! did their thing
