Today’s tour of Saturday AO’s took me to the outskirts of Lexington to Lexington High School and to the men of The Hollow.
15 PAX showed up to start out the day on a clear 35 degree morning.
After disclaimer and opening prayer mosey to the Field adjacent to Old Farm Road. Circle up for warm up of SS hops, imperial walkers, hillbilly’s, little baby arm circles, raise the roof, overhead claps etc.
THE THANG: Start at the 50 yard line on sideline do 5 squats, mosey the sideline to the corner of the field 5 merckens. Mosey across the back of the end zone to other corner 5 BB sit ups. Mosey the sideline to 50 yard line 5 alternating lunges. Mosey to other corner 5 plank jacks. Mosey across the back of end zone at half way point 5 burpees. Mosey to the other corner 5 flutter kicks IC. Mosey to the start point. Rinse and repeat increasing the reps by 5 for each circuit. Go all the way up to 25 and back down to 5. The burpees stayed at 5 for each circuit. Mosey back to the shovel flag for a few minutes of merry to finish out the work out. A total of 125 squats, merckens, BBs, alt lunges, plankjacks, flutter kicks. a total of 45 burpees.
Excellent effort by these men. A lot of mumble chatter. A lot of participation for a Saturday. Inspiring to see 16 PAX on a Saturday. T-Claps the the PAX who rucked and ran prior to the workout.

DEVO: Daily Declaration Day #2: I declare I will experience God’s faithfulness. I will not worry. I will not doubt. I will keep my trust in Him, knowing that He will not fail me. Every promise God has put in my heart will come to pass, and I will become everything God created me to be.
