Bulldog Cinder Block Fest in preparation for the 2015 Beer Fest

It only makes sense to put together your own beatdown knowing you’re going to the Beer festival that same afternoon.  So, why not share it with 25 of your F3 brothers.

SSHs x 15, Imperial Walkers x 20, Thru the tunnel x 15, Flutter Kicks x 20, Curb Merkens x 15

Mosey to Block Pile and get two blocks each, lineup on goal line facing QIC and put one block in front for 1 minute step ups on block.  THen, farmer’s carry blocks 25 yards, then 1 minute step ups on one block, then farmer’s carry blocks 25 yards, then 1 minute step ups on blocks, then farmer’s carry blocks 25 yards, then 1 minute step ups on block, then farmer’s carry blocks 25 yards to goal line and recover.

SSHs x 15 IC, then farmer’s carry blocks to corner of track and circle up around QIC.

Plyo Merkens on blocks x 15 (down-Up on QIC command), Mountain Climbers on blocks x 15 IC, then jog to opposite corner of track (luckily leaving your blocks behind)

Circle up at opposite corner for Russian Twists x 15 IC, Flutter Kicks x 15 IC, then 3/4 sprintb ack to blocks and plank on blocks.

Block Squats x 15 IC, Deep Squats x 15 IC (standing on blocks), jog to opposite corner of track and circle up

LBCs x 15 IC, Boat/Canoe 5 times, 3/4 sprint back to blocks and plank on blocks

Block Chest Press x 20 ic, Block Shoulder Press x 15 IC, Block Curls x 15 IC, Mountain Climbers on blocks x 15 IC, jog to opposite corner of track and circle up

Flutter kicks x 15 IC, Russian Twist x 15 IC, 3/4 sprint back to blocks and plank on blocks

Mountain Climbers x 15 IC on blocks, Plyo-Merkens on blocks x 10 (down-up on QIC command), Block Swings x 10 (up-down on QIC command), Calf Raises holding one block x 20 IC, jog to opposite corner of track and circle up

Dying Cockroach x 15 IC, BBSUs on your own x 20, 3/4 sprint back to blocks and plank on blocks

Plyo-Merkens x 10 (down-up on QIC command)

Farmer’s carry blocks back to pile–hardest thing we did all morning!
