YHC is always impressed by this group of men. They are BONEYARD strong!! YHC was humbled on more than one occasion as Grease Monkey (71) and POTUS (62) passed me on the way up reaper hill. Don’t ever say you can’t do something. POTUS has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and on most mornings you can find him outworking most men including this man who is 17 years younger than him WITHOUT Parkinson’s. Mind over matter was the lesson of the morning. I want to thank Dirty Bird for carrying my block part of the way and part of the way back so I could carry my fancy Bluetooth boombox. I think my music selection was a big hit. It helped to quiet the mumble chatter since nobody could hear what anyone was saying. A big shout out to twitter less Tal Lackey (Bionic) who also beasted reaper hill and finished strong. Thank you men for making me stronger. I love you guys!!!! Til next time….

I remember the beginning.
The choruses of hallelujahs
the awe of newness
the sudden weight of time
and the mouth of God roaring violent light.
I remember the garden singing with life,
the wild scent of flowers carried on unpolluted breeze;
