Waiting for the Pax were 11 coupons…rucks and sandbags 40 – 60 lbs. Divide into 2 and 3 man teams with each team responsible for a weight.
Round 1
1 Pax ran with the coupon 50 yards while the other members completed reps of the chosen exercise. Teams of 2 did 100 Squats, Teams of 3 did 150 Squats.
Round 2
Same format, Teams of 2 did 100 Hand Release Merkins, Teams of 3 did 150.
Round 3
LungesUhaul on Q:
Jack Webbs with Burpees and Bear Crawls 1:4 ratio. 1 Burpee, Bear Crawl 4 steps, 2 Burpees, Bear Crawl 8 steps, etc up to 10 Burpees and 40 steps
