7 Pax came out to the gloom of Sandlot today and were prepared to get better and be better. Several of the pax have plans for the P200 and today’s workout by Binary planned to put those legs to work.

Great effort and push by the pax as I consider it a compliment that the pax said this felt like a Saturday workout yet we did it in 45. It was the workout that would never end. We certainly never stopped moving. Great all around effort.
Moleskin – Today Binary shared from 1 Corinthians 10:12-13. These verses state that a man “should take heed where he stands lest he falls” and that “no temptation has ceased you but God is faithful to provide a way for you to stand up under it.” This is a call for all of us to mindful of our actions and that we can’t be oblivious to our surroundings. God is faithful to protect us in temptation but it is not for us to go run and find temptation. May we be the men to love, serve, and protect our families and friends the way God has called us to.
