Mosey up to the top of Liberal Hill for some loops. From the 4-way go down Tombee Ln, stop at the cul de sac, go to the next 4-way, head back to Tuckahoe Ct, then back to the start. Lap 1, add an exercise each time, Lap 2, drop 1.
- 5 Burpees – 40 total
- 10 Jump Lunges – 60 total
- 15 LBCs – 45 total
- 20 Squats
Circle up for a little ab work:
- Flutter Kicks x 40 IC
- LBCs x 40 OYO
- Iron Crosses x 10 OYO
- SSH x 40 IC
Run down Liberal, at the bottom 10 Squats. Run back up, at the top 10 Merkins. Rinse and Repeat x4
