A mentor instructed me once that Merkins made America Great. So Merkins were the centerpiece of the morning.
Warm Up
Squats x 20, Halos x 10 (clockwise and counter), Sling Shots x 10 (clockwise and counter), Rows x 10 (each arm)
The Work
Tabata: 40 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds rest: two sets of three exercises
Curls for the Girls, Tricep Extensions, Goblet Squats
Merkin Ladder: lap the parking lot, stopping every 50 yards for merkins (5 stops)
10 merkins, then 15, then 20, then 25, the 30 for a total of 100

Napalms, Axe Chops (right side first set, left side second), Cling and Press (right side first set, left side second)
