15 men escaped the ever-calling fartsack to face the misery sure to come of a well-anounced final Q for YHC at Sawmill. Never knowing what YHC will come up with, but “over/unders” starting early with how many miles YHCs pre-run might consist of. YHC chose to mix things up in attempt to please some “Slack-related” requests yet add a little “Hot Tub flare” sure to leave the PAX begging for mercy early and often.

Straight leg x 15 IC
Right knee bent x 10 IC
Left knee bent x 10 IC
Both knees up x 15 IC
Lunge / plank set
20 lunges each leg / 20 second high plank
19 lunge each leg / 20 second high plank
18 lunger each leg / 20 second high plank
Rinse and repeat down to 1 lunge each leg
