Beta Blockers

A brisk morning met the PAX this AM which was a delightful change from the Summer heat. The small, motley crew came prepared to do some hard things so YHC obliged with the following:

Ruck mosey to the back by the brickpile cage. Rucks off for some warm up:
10 Through the tunnel IC
15 Imperial Walker IC
10 Merkins IC

Ruck’s on and grab a block from the pile for several rounds of Beta Blockers under the yellow, football thingy (what is the purpose of that thing, anyway?). All rounds consist of moving your block under the thingy then reps of one exercise at the far end and another set of reps back at the beginning end:
Round one – 15 curls and 15 overhead press – Rinse and repeat 2 more times
Round two – 15 rows and 15 squats – Rinse and repeat 2 more times
Round three – 15 bench press and 20 calf raises – Rinse and repeat 2 more times

Put up the blocks, jump the wall and mosey back to the flag.
