Warm up: 20 Sidestraddle Hops. Slow mosey around the circus. Pause for 20 Imperial Walkers. Continue slow mosey and pause for little baby arm circles (10 forward, 10 back), 10 overhead claps, and 10 raise the roofs. Continue slow mosey to Old Knight & Galway and finish warmups with 20 windmills.
Single file Indian Run (that’s right Chewy) down to lower playground.
Pair up – partner 1 runs to playground for 5 pullups, then runs back while partner 2 does AMRAP squats. Completed 10 sets (50 pullups each)
Mosey over to tennis courts
Same partners – partner 1 sprints while partner 2 AMRAPS ‘mericans. Continue to trade off until 100 ‘mericans are completed (100 per pair, 150 for the group of three).
Slow Mosey to the hill around the tennis courts

Slow Mosey around the edge of the upper campus
Pause for Mary: 20 x flutter kicks, 20 x LBCs, 20 x Russian Twist, 20 x LBCs, 10 double-count Teddy Rolls, 20 x LBCs.
Mosey back to the flag – we moseyed so quickly we had 30 seconds to rep out squats until time was called.
