7 pax showed up for morning of fun at the hands of YHC. Moneypenny graciously allowed YHC to Q the workout for my 46th trip around the sun. The air was heavy with humidity but the pax had no idea what was in store as YHC pulled some astrology facts for the last 46 years. Since May 26th, 1972 there have been 569 Full Moons. The 570th occuring on May 28, 2018 two days after YHC turns 46. What better way to celebrate than turn 500 rep workout into 570….

Everyone of us are busy with our own lives and when I read this Devo the night before it reminded me that no matter how hard my week is or our weeks are god still brings us to him and takes care of us. It was a gentle reminder to stay confident and cheerful no matter what life may throw at you and God will watch over and guide you always.
