9 pax used the force to exit the fartsack this morning to #getbetter. YHC was never really a big Star Wars fan, but that won’t stop me from appreciating May the 4th with some Imperial Walkers.

Next grab a couple bricks and let’s head out on a neighborhood tour. Running with bricks is always a #crowdpleaser. Run up Liberal Hill, stopping at each cul-de-sac on the right until we reached W. Tombee (5 stops). At each stop along on the way out, do
- 10 shadow boxers with bricks
- 10 Overhead armclaps with bricks
- 10 merkins
Make a right onto W. Tombee and head to the cul-de-sac. At the cul-de-sac, put the bricks down and do 10 more imperial walkers. Next head on back to the clubhouse down Tombee stopping another 5 times along the way. Put the bricks back, and grab a pole. Time for some light sabre training!
With your pole do the following routine AMRAP for 7 minutes:
- 10 Raise The Roof
- 10 Arm Raises
- 10 Curls
- 10 Squats
- 10 Chest Presses
After 7 minutes was up, do 10 burpees OYO, then return your light sabre. Finish strong with a couple sets of parking lot suicides.
