I work out with Sandlot F3 in Northeast Columbia and am requesting your support regarding What: 9/11 First Responders Memorial Ceremony When: 11 Sep, 4:30 PM Where: Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC 29201. We have conducted this ceremony for the past three years honoring “First Responders” (Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, etc,) from the Midlands who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation since 9/11/2001. It is truly a ceremony that brings honor to these American Heroes. One of the highlights of the ceremony is the Honor Guard (commanded by one of your own F3 brothers), comprised of 45-50 individuals from the aforementioned organizations, who render honors to the Fallen. ***Please consider attending this ceremony as a show of respect for these Heroes and also to show Columbia how F3 supports community events.*** ***Please show up with F3 on your chest (or back) to show our support for the community and great event!*** Thanks for your camaraderie, Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) |
