If you’ve ever experienced an F3 bootcamp using city infrastructure, you’ll love what F3 LexSC is about to offer. Also, if you’re not into run groups and/or The Reaper is too far to drive, you’ll love what F3 LexSC is about to offer.
Launching soon, our region will have it’s first Friday bootcamp option. We won’t be confined to a park or school, we will run the streets of downtown Lexington and use what the town has to offer in terms of pain stations. Picture working out at IceHouse Amphitheater, doing pull-ups at Virginia Hylton Park, or using East Butler Street for a Jacob’s Ladder. The options are endless.
With this, there are safety concerns. Headlamps and/or reflective vests are strongly recommended.
Here are the details:
Launch Date: Friday, 11/16/18
Time: 5:15am-6:00am
Where (to park): Lexington County Gov’t building parking lot on East Main (across from Lexington Baptist, in front of the 9/11 Memorial)
