The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
It’s always good to reflect on a mission statement before you take action.
F3Columbia moved west across the river to Irmo in August 2013 & again to Lexington in March of 2014. The now established F3Lake Murray will plant their 13th AO.
As you can see in the map above, West Cola has been sitting in a Bermuda Triangle between downtown Columbia, Irmo & Lexington.

Coming this Tuesday, F3 is coming to West Columbia. Tell your friends, neighbors, coworkers, family, grocer, mailman, EVERYBODY!
The Pax will join at Howard Park behind Northside Middle School (see map below). Start times for the bootcamp workout are 5:30am Tuesday & Thursday mornings and 6:30 Saturday.
Set the GPS to 200 Cougar Drive, West Columbia, SC.
For those less tech-savvy, turn @ the light for Cougar Drive off of Highway 378 east of I-26. Drive all the way back past the soccer fields to the park. You will find the Pax there. This AO has all the key elements to be an excelent site for some F3 beatdowns.
With the strong growth both F3 Lake Murray & Lexington County have seen in the past year, this logical next step helps provide yet another opportunity for the men of West Columbia, Cayce, Lexington & all greater Columbia to #getbetter #bebetter.
The AO will be named on its inaugural day. YHC has heard plenty of excellent ideas kicked around already. Come experience the birth of another chapter in the #ColumbiaModel.
