After a week of brutality at Surge administered by our faithful Nantan and then by MacGruber only two days later, YHC felt inspired to keep the pain coming. With a little bit of this and a little bit of that and a sprinkle of March Madness, 6 HIM took to the gloom at Surge and endured the end of the week beatdown.
Here’s what went down:

Grab a log (thanks to MacGruber for the inspiration) and head to the back of the school and line up on the base line
On the way to the loading dock, YHC was told that a PAX showed up today because YHC’s Saturday Q’s involve games. Sadly no games were planned but on our way to the basketball court low and behold there was a rather flat basketball that we would put into use for “games”.

FIRST BASELINE – 10 Merkins (on the log)
HALF COURT – 10 Merkins, 20 Squats (originally planned for OH Squats but it didn’t end up going so well)
1st FULL COURT- 10 Merkins, 20, Squats, 30 Curls
HALF COURT (2nd Court) – 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 Curls, 40 Chest Press
2nd FULL COURT- 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 Curls, 40 Chest Press, 50 Flutter Kicks
HALFTIME MARY – The PAX circled at half court for dealers choice only rule was minimum rep count was 20
-20 Iron Crosses, 40 LBC, 20 Scissors, 20 J-Lo’s, 20 2-count Freddie Mercs
NOTE on “GAMES” – At the end of each station, one PAX took a half court shot and if they sunk it they chose which exercise to eliminate for that station. After Halftime Mary each PAX took a shot to try to eliminate an exercise for the remainder of the ladder. Needless to say up the ladder, halftime, and down the ladder not one shot was sunk so ALLLLLL reps were done.

Return the logs and mosey back to the flag for the musical finale. Since YHC forgot the portable speaker we used a truck sound system…
Track 1: Flower By Moby (The Sally Song) – When they say up you’re up when they say down you squat to the down position. When they say up you return to up position…those long stretches in the Sally down portion can really burn. (total 30 Squats)
Track 2: Thunderstruck by AC/DC – Start in the plank position. Each time the word Thunder is sung, do a merkin (according to the lyrics 33 reps….according to Cowbell 34 reps)
Track 3: Roxanne by The Police – Heel touches throughout the song; each time Roxanne or Red Light is sung do 1 BBSU (26 times Roxanne; 26 Red light 52(ish) total BBSU)
