2017 F3 Lake Murray Christmas Party

When:  December 2, 2017 6pm-until (we have to be out by midnight)

The Thang:

To celebrate the holiday season F3 Lake Murray is thowing a party for the Pax and their M’s.  Sorry no 2.0s this year but hopefully enough time to line up sitters.

We need a solid head count for the food so please let me know ASAP if you and your M plan on attending.

Catering will be provided by Shealy’s BBQ.  We will have BBQ, Fried Chicken, Green Beans, Slaw, etc.  You know the standard BBQ spread.  Tea and water will be provided but please bring your own adult beverages.

Cost per person is $13 ($26 per couple).  This covers food and non alcoholic drinks.  Please send payment to [email protected] through PayPal or connect with me through Venmo (@leehogan2001) and pay that way.  If you don’t use either one of those shoot me a message and we will work it out.

What is Needed from Pax:

Patio Heaters.  We have access to the pool deck area and would be nice to have plenty of heat to keep everyone warm. Example Pic Below.

Looking for about 5 of them so let me know if you have one we can use.

Appetizers and Deserts-Each AO please bring 2 of each.  I will let the AO Q’s coordinate.

Service Project:

We would not be 3rd if we did not do something to help the community.  Each Pax please bring a toy to donate to Toys 4 Tots.  Will be nice to have tons of toys to deliver for kids that otherwise don’t get a Christmas

Finally, looking for volunteers to help with set up the day of the party.  If you can help please let me know.
