YHC took the Q today since no one was listed on the Q sheet. We had a convergence of Shawshank men and a Turning Point HIM that YHC hasn’t seen in a while. Fun fact about Pickaxe, he’s from the same neck of the woods as YHC. Love Shack was asked about his favorite movie and he replied “probably John Wayne.” We also had a long conversation about the greatest western thespian of all time. Spoiler alert: all of his movies are basically the same, except the two where he dies, so Love Shack wasn’t completely wrong. Duff talked the entire time. Coon Dog complained. Soaker told two kids to get off his lawn and YHC had the unfortunate task of leading the workout that was a surprise even to him.

- At each corner, Merkins x 25, squats x 25, Dips on curb x 25
- Bonus stops: Bear crawl and backward run in front of the Tech Center, Stadium, Planters Boxes at the baseball fields, tennis courts
- Bear crawl roadway from the entrance to Tech Center parking lots to the end of the curb
- Run backwards to the speed bump, then mosey to flagpole
- Stadium: 2 cycles up and down, rest, 3 cycles, rest, 4 cycles, rest, 5 cycles. Rests are 30s to a minute in between rounds of cycles
- Mosey around track to the planters boxes for step-ups x 20, Incline merkins x 20, decline merkins x 20
- Mosey to tennis courts: Bonus Rounds of merkins, dips, and squats to make the PAX better
