SSH x 20, TTT x 10, Arm circles forward and back x 10, Moroccan night clubs x 10, raise the roof x 10
Mosey to stairs for some calf raises- 25 straight, 25 toes in, 25 toes out all OYO
Head to bottom of stairs.
Round one- climb stairs, one burpee, climb down, one burpee, rinse and repeat for about 5 minutes. Plank at bottom. Plank jacks x 10, Mt. Climbers x 10, Rock hoppers x 10
Round two- climb stairs, fiver merkins, climb down, five merkins, rinse and repeat for about 5 minutes. Plank at bottom. Plank jacks x 10, Mt. Climbers x 10, Rock hoppers x 10
Round three- climb stairs, 10 BBSU, climb down, 10 BBSU, rinse and repeat for about 5 minutes. Plank at bottom. Plank jacks x 10, Mt. Climbers x 10, Rock hoppers x 10
Mosey long way back to back parking lot for curb hops. Bunny hops x 20, scissors x 20, cha cha x 20 each leg, side to side x 20 each leg.
Mosey to DARPAs car- finished with ladder parking lot wind sprints for 10 minutes.
