After two trial runs of the new Hollow AMRAP, it was time to go live! 11 grown men showed up to give it a go. This thing isn’t for the faint of heart and these men proved they were worthy of the challenge. Here’s how things went down this morning for The Hollow’s GPS – AMRAP.

We’ve tossed around some names and seem to have settled on “Gut Punch Saturday” – #GPS – @F3TheHollow. I like it! The workout is most definitely a gut punch! It’s brutal and right in the wheelhouse of what The Hollow is all about. YHC expects huge gains for PAX that regularly run this AMRAP. Hope to see a big crowd at The Hollow for our next #GPS!
