Station 3 pull up bars
perform 5 pull ups each round.
Station 4 tennis Courts,
1st corner , 25 merkins
2nd corner, 25 calf raises
3rd corner, 25 wide arm merkins
4th corner, 25 squats
Mosey back to blocks and reduce number of reps at each station by 5 each round. example round 2 is 20 reps at each station. round 3 is 15 reps at each station. until final round of 5 is complete
