On a warmer than usual 59 degree February morning 18 PAX defied the fartsack for Mercy Rules return to The Hollow. T-Claps to Hoist for enduring the workout with a weighted vest on (actual weight unknown it could just be for show) Chuckwagon and Honey Boo Boo for posting (Its been a while) and Space Cowboy for being out there and getting better.

There was a little time left over so we finished up with a few last ab exercises and then time was called. I hope everyone “enjoyed” it. I finished 1 minute over time which was deserving of a “be mindful of the PAX’s time” from the AOQ
