Blocks were requested and BooBoo obliged this AM. After a tenuous start with the morning WC visit taking longer than expected and finding my kid’s socks in my hoodie, better late than never YHC arrived. 8 PAX took on the challenge of the blocks.
Conditions: 33 and nice and cold
30 SSH IC to start with 10 Mercans OYO while waiting for Deville and Collar.
Grab blocks and mosey over to the field and line up in a row.
First up with the blocks 10 Blockees, 20 Curls, and 30 Kettle swings. Run with block to end of building and back. Plank when finished.
Second set with the blocks 40 squats and 50 mountain climbers. Run with block to end of building and back. Plank when finished.
Third set with the blocks, 10 Big boy situps, 20 clean and jerks, 30 calf raises. Run with block to end of building and back. Plank when finished.
Fourth set 40 flutter kicks and 50 LBC. Run with block to the end of building and back. Plank when finished.
YHC’s hands were about frostbitten so we took a break and moseyed over to the tennis courts.
From the center of the court, run to the boundary lines (8 lines between the two courts) then back to center for 5 burpees. (x4)
Head to the corner of the court and proceed to lunge walk down to the end, sprint the width, lunge walk back down, sprint back to start. Mosey to collect blocks and head back towards COT. About 3 min wall sit with block in lap and overhead.
