Mosey to BB Court and line-up on end line for BLIMPSS Sprints: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (count ea leg), 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats, 35 Smurf Jacks. After each exercise, sprint to half court, back to start, then to end-court then back to start. Plank for the 6 between exercises.
Mosey to shelter overlooking pond (serene setting). Flutter Kicks (40 4ct IC). Hold 6″. Hold Low Squat (lower than Air Chair). Plank Sequence. McNugget, Teddy, and Silent Bob, respectively, give us the painful 10ct to get us out of each exercise.
Mosey to bottom of Damson for Ascending/Descending Ladder-always adding to 12. 1 Mtn Climber at bottom, 11 Burpees at top. Finish at 11 Mtn Climbers and 1 Burpee.
Mosey back to AO for C.O.T.

Hopefully the workout was hard and we all experienced some pain that will hopefully make us stronger (doing the harder thing). Let this be an example of the pain we experience in life. More important, others are in pain and we heal from that pain in our efforts to meet them in their pain.
