Continued moseying to the low concrete wall at the of the parking lot near the entrance. A set of 11s with step ups and inc mercans was completed.
Moseyed toward the covered walk near the shovel flag for another set of mercans. It was about this time it was suggested that more squats or similar exercises be avoided by one Pax. The next set of 11s was hr mercans and mt climbers.
Moseyed toward the entrance for Mary. Fks, AHs, FMs 20 ic, Ics 29 oyo and in an attempt to encourage the birth that had been talked about for the previous 15 minutes 20 reverse crunch.
