There are a few infamous songs in the fitness community with repetitive lyrics. Thunderstruck and Roxanne came to mind are absolutely terrible. YHC did a little searching on the internets and found a few more and prescribed some exercises to them. The Sturgill Simpson song doesn’t have a repetitive lyric…I just like and decided to do AMRAP pull ups and BBSU. (YHC saw a dude on a reel do a 60-min AMRAP pull up and push up workout and got a little inspired but not THAT inspired – that’s just miserable).
