The workout went something like this:
Warmup Indian run lap around the parking lot and stopped in the corner for warmup exercises.
SSH X 28 IC
Merkins X 10 IC
Flutter Kicks X 17 IC because we needed 17 more reps
Carolina Drydocks X 10 IC
Hillbillies X 20 IC
1 minute stretching on your own
Calf Raises X 10 IC
LBAC X 10 Fwd & Reverse
Indian run another lap and a half around the parking lot, finishing at the block pile. Grab a block.
Circle up for a quick round of Curls for the Girls, Shoulder Press and Tricep Extension X 10 IC Each.
Mosey to the basketball court in the back.
Bear crawl across the width of the court. Crab walk back.
Hit the shelter for 10 Incline merkins, 10 dips IC and 10 step-ups each leg.
Back to the court.
Curls for the Girls, Shoulder press and bent over rows X 10 IC each.
Mosey to the east gate and back.
Rinse and repeat the bear crawls, crab walks and shed work.
Mosey to the bus drop off area for ab work.
Reviewed the 5 core principles of F3 with various pax providing an ab exercise ranging from crunchy frogs to iron crosses to flutter kicks to gas pumps to BBSU.\
Mosey up the hill to the stop sign and back.
Grab your block and return it to the pile.
Mosey back to the shovel flag.
Finished up with Flutterkicks for Cheech X 38 IC as YHC always does.
