6 pax woke up and were present for my birthday Q!! Mumble chatter was present but low, by Shawshank standards. I surprised the pax with a birthday present of 20 brand new, F3 stamped blocks. Hopefully these will not get taken. After determining where to stage said blocks the pax and I got to work….

Mosey back to the truck for the grand unveiling of our new F-3 Blocks. Mosey with two blocks to the upper soccer field near the water tower for:
Pair up in groups of 2 for the following
Round 1 – Partner 1 karaokes across the soccer field and back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x Double Block Declines
- 88x Big Boy Sit Ups (feet in block)
- 132x Dips
Round 2 – Partner runs across the soccer field to the middle goal while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x Blockees
- 88x Jumbo Flutter kicks
- 132x Block Benchpresses
Round 3 – Partner runs across the soccer field while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x block Squats-DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE
- 88x incline merkins
- 132x V-Ups- DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE
Placed the blocks in their new home and moseyed back to the shed for the COT.
