Saturday’s ITG are a blast. The Q sheet was open, my sister-in-law was on town, what an opportunity for a morning out with the guys. YHC jumped at the chance to Q and all the pax enjoyed it.

Circle up for SSH x 25 IC, TTT x 10 IC, Michael Phelps x 15 IC.
Line up on the sideline closest to Jailbreak and face the tree line 5 fields away.

Farmer carry blocks to far sideline for 50 merkins, 50 lbc’s. Continue to farmer carry across each field with merkins and lbc’s at each sideline.
Once at the far end, 100 curls, 50 blockees, 100 squats. Pretty sure no one finished these.
Farmer carry back to the block pile stopping at each sideline for flutter kicks and freddy mercury’s.
Return the blocks and mosey to the steps for 100 calf raises. Mosey to the flag and Recover.
