So we completed the tribute challenge today for support of Nomad and his family. 8 PAX from several AOs were in attendance. Weather was chilly but that quickly changed once we began.

Each exercise was from the letters of HUDSON. The reps were the number that letter is in the alphabet. Hudson was born on 4/18. There were 5 sets since Hudson was 5 months old. More info on the link above.
