carry back to the front breezeway since the rain was beginning to come down.
Next up was a tabata timed workout. 45 seconds on with 15 seconds of rest.

Block lunges. Hold block like a goblet. Lunge from side to side

Shoulder press
Third round
Block overhead lying down. Knees bent overhead and lift shoulders up
Next, straighten legs to overhead, Try to push block to shoe laces
third, Block chest press
Fourth round
static lunge while holding block like a goblet, next, switch leg
Same thing with the first leg, but go up and down while holding a lunge. Repeat with other leg
Run the breezeway
