Devo: Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Reminder from Blindside: The holidays are obviously supposed to be joyous and filled with love and time spent with family and loved ones. To most that is the case, but to some, especially men, this can be a time of depression and anxiety for a multitude of reasons. I know this is true because I have personally expressed experienced and wrestled with it myself. Sometimes I still do. I want to wholeheartedly extend myself out to any of you guys that might be struggling during this holiday season, or anytime for that matter. We are all imperfectly broken and scarred men with pasts and presents that can be tough at times when trying to navigate alone. It’s hard being a MAN these days, and even harder to admit we are struggling, but I assure you are not unique or alone with it. God has graciously blessed me with men in my life to help me after many days on my knees praying for help. If you are struggling right now with something, and need a nonjudgmental ear to listen, or some tough love to be told what you NEED to hear then please don’t hesitate to reach out. I promised GOD several years ago that WHEN he pulled me up from my struggles, I would share my story/ stories if anyone needed to hear it. It’s OK to not be OK, but it’s not OK to stay there and go at it alone. (Again, this is a quote from Aaron Capps- F3 Blindside. I believe any PAX would also be there for anyone that needs to share)
