What a glorious morning to be ITG! High humidity, lots of testosterone, and good dudes. Little backdrop for today’s workout.
YHC has 10 cones with exercises written on them with a Sharpie. This was no good for today’s BC, so a late night run to Walmart was in order for a fresh role of duct tape. Tape secured, new exercises written on the cones, 8 oreos devoured with a glass of milk, a solid 5.5 hours of sleep, and YHC was ready to go.

We are off. Slow mosey to the block pile, grab a dance partner and head to the center of a selected field with a strategically placed cone.

Center cone – 20 curls, 20 oh presses, 20 bent over rows.
Run to corner 1 – 20 merkins, 20 squats.
Back to center cone and repeat block work.
Run to corner 2 – 20 lunges (10 each leg), 20 hand-release merkins.
Back to center cone and repeat block work.
Run to corner 3 – 20 diamond merkins, 20 BBSU’s.
Back to center cone and repeat block work.
Run to corner 4 – 20 freddy mercury’s (2 ct), 10 burpees.
Return to center cone and repeat block work.
We did 2 complete rounds. Solid work.
Return blocks, mosey back to flag, recover.

Devo – God is good to our children’s children. His faithfulness extends through multiple generations. My M and I are experiencing this through some solid conversations with our granddaughter. Don’t give up on your kids or others, God is bigger than any of them.
