It’s always a pleasure to lead the men of The Hollow and today was no exception. 13 PAX took their DRP to see what IM had on tap. So we packed a lunch and headed off to work. Excellent work, Men!

Mosey to block pile and grab one
Mosey to be back side breezeway and knock out Merkins x 25 OYO
Continue mosey over to the tennis courts (locked)
Mosey over the the wall across from the courts
Block sits on the wall until Q says “Recover”
OH Press x 25 OYO
Continue mosey around to the planter box
Block Step-ups x 24 (12 Each Leg)
Continue mosey over to the track and line up
OH Carry for 100 yards then Curls x 35 OYO
400M run at 75% back to your block
Lunge with your block for 50 yards then Block Swings x 25 OYO
Back Peddle 100M, then turn around for 100M, then back peddle for 100M, and then turn around for the last 100M
OH Carry for 100M then Merkins x 25 OYO
400M run at 75%
Plank for the 6
OH Carry for 100M then Curls x 35
Back Peddle 100M, then turn around for 100M, then back peddle for 100M, and then turn around for the last 100M
OH Carry to the gate
Mosey around toward the front of the school then run the stairs with your block skipping every other section.
Plank for the 6 then continue mosey around the school back to the block pile and shovel flag.
We covered almost 2.5 miles today with our blocks! Soild workday, Men!
