Always have a back up plan they say….and whoever they are are right!!!! When YHC arrived with his plan to do a music-based Q, he was initially greeted by a PAX with whom he had recently done a similar Q at another AO. As such, the plan was abandoned and we went with plan B. It ended up being the right call because 4 HIM got down to business and some serious work was done and betterment achieved.

-take your block and walk to next station

-Hand Release Merkins x 20
-Air Squats x 20

-take your block and walk to last station
Station 5
-Chest press x 20
-Calf raises x 20
-Start all over again…..hitting each stations in order for a total of 5 rounds and 1000 reps.
Return the blocks and head bak to the shovel flag……
