Good morning for a workout. 10 PAX posted for some laps around parking lots with an unplanned cadence count of 9 reps that we just rolled with. Good to be in the gloom this morning boys. Strong work.

Mosey around parking lot and COP in front of school for 9 reps of the following IC: SSH, TTT, Imperial Walkers, Arm circles forward, squats with arms out, arm circles backwards.
Front of school- two lines to bear crawl from drop off area to the front doors of the school and plank. Mt. Climbers IC x 9, Rock hops IC x 9. Bear crawl back to drop off spot and plank. Plank jacks x 9 and shoulder taps x 9.
Create 5 groups of 2. A group at each corner performing an exercise. When the group in last corner replaces you, go to the next corner and perform exercises until the next group comes.
- Burpees
- Flutter kicks
- Squats
- Merkins
Mosey to back parking lot for hour glass laps. Diagonal was a mosey, on the two ends, one was a lunge, the other a back pedal. Rinse and repeat until time is called.
Mosey to shovel flag for 2 MOM.
