  • Leading #Thunder is a pleasure and with the size of the Q rotation the opportunity doesn’t come around often enough (for YHC’s taste anyway).  Great work by everyone.  45 minutes of effort was given.
  • #BlockMindGames – It never occurred to YHC until last night that we could retrieve the blocks midworkout only to leave them behind for another 20 minutes or so.  The goal was to have those blocks weighing on the minds of the pax while suffering through a difficult #JacobsLadder.  Mission accomplished.
  • Strudel sings….a lot.  Apologies to the residents of Queen St for any unwanted wake-up calls.

  • F3Seattle (Kirkland) launches 3/12.  Chaser and Robber are making the trek for the #BigBang and they need names.  Anyone you know or are connected to in the Seattle area is fair game.  Male, female, whatever.  We just need to build a database.
