By popular demand, F3 Columbia will once again converge on the State House on Saturday, July 20th. This will be the only location on Saturday so don’t go to Dreher or Crayton expecting to find anyone. Step on up to a workout that promises exciting vistas, friendly native wildlife, and a bevy of wonderful smells. Park at the Trinity Cathedral parking lot or on the street (Senate and Marion). Regular Saturday time: meet at 0650, begin at 0700. Lizard’s Thicket on Beltline for coffee/breakfast following — all are invited, April will take good care of us.
