In the alley, at home, wherever….get the work done together!

This morning was the 4 version of our new normal.  Since we can’t congregate in parking lots, schools, parks, or wherever we have come accustomed to posting, we now have the ability to post virtually.  Some of my favorite people in the world led these workouts last week and Tuesday so it was an honor to be asked.  Having over 20 PAX post for this workout was a joy and humbling to lead these men.   Here’s the THANG!

Conditions:  Burpee weather

20 High Knees
30 SSH

5 rounds (30 second recovery between rounds)
5 wide arm merkins
5 regular merkins
5 diamond merkins
5 burpees

3 burpees
5 jump squats
7 curl press
9 lbc’s

Virtual BOM.  Not the same.  Can’t wait for the opportunity to get back to being with these HIM’s on a regular basis.  Thank you to all that called in and worked through this with YHC.  You’ve been there for me so many times throughout the past 7 years.  What a great community!
